We manage.  Snug and cosy in the little library room.

The Beagle has language...

Here's CK Beagle, one of the Easter Gang of 4.  She's had an operation on her tongue, with part of it being removed.  Not nice for anyone, but particularly difficult for a language lover and French teacher.  But she's amazing.  And while she sounded a little slurry, she's still exercising that fabulous humour and vocabulary.  Photo taken last Tuesday, 12 June.

Stroll down Darling Street to Artback Cafe

adjacent to Red Dog Bakery.

Buy a still warm Pomona Fruit Bread

and return to the red dog.
