Rainy morning here in the tropics (doesn't often rain in the morning). Love that first photo...can totally see it as a painting. The gym must be paying off as the last few photos of you have shown you looking fabulously toned!

I think it's giving up on sugars and starches that has made the difference. I am very pleased with how it's going, I have to say. May we always stay on the right side (which may be the left side) of the Goddess. XXXX
It is raining in Canberra as well, thus saving me any more weeding before departure. The Goddess is thoughtful.
